High-level requirements are as follows:
Strong experience using Java to build enterprise class systems
Experience with Spring is desired
Experience integrating enterprise systems
Knowledge of and experience with major integration patterns
Strong database experience (preferably with SQLServer)
Consuming and exposing web services
Experience reading and writing various file formats (fixed-width, CSV, XML, EDI, etc)
Experience with apache Camel would be a positive
Good knowledge of P&C Insurance and preferably Claims
Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter would be a positive
Good well rounded analysis, consulting, design and development skillset
Very strong communication skills
Will be facilitating meetings and requirements discussions
Computer Science education is preferable
Ability to work on-site in Lansing 4 days a week
