Requirement of SAP HCM Analyst in Houston, TX for 13 Months Contract

Title: SAP HCM Analyst

Location:  Houston, TX

Duration:  13 months

 

SAP HCM Analyst with 5-7 years of SAP HCM experience and with a working knowledge of the following HCM modules; PA, OM, TM and Payroll (multiple countries). 

 

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

•        Configuration experience across the multiple SAP HCM modules

•        Overall understanding of HCM and R3 integration points including FICO interfaces

•        Working knowledge of Hire to Retire processes for a large, global organization - including interfaces to 3rd part apps; payroll tax app (BSI) and 3rd party benefits provider     

•        Day to day support experience

•        Change / ticket management experience required

•        Business / SAP HR functional analytical ability

•        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Day to day incident management and user support

·         Enhancements  SAP 4.7 HCM knowledge across all HCM modules and integration knowledge with R3 (FICO) and and interfaces to external

·         3rd party providers None - this individual will take direction from Client Mgmt.
