Position: Senior SQL Database Administrator (8+ Years)

Location:Glenwood, IL

Rate:$40/hr all inclusive

Duration:6+ months

 Required Experience 

·       Strong 3 – 5 years of DBA experience with Microsoft SQL 2005/2008 Servers

·       2 -3 years IT operation with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices

·        Understanding of, and experience with, server-client computing and relational database environments

·       Experience with data management and data processing flowcharting techniques

·       Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices

·       Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, Technical documentation skills

 

Required Skills

·       SQL Server 2008 / 2005 Database Administration

·       SQL Replication

·       SQL Clustering experience

·       SQL Performance Tuning

·       SSIS Packages

·       Industry standard SQL/Database toolsets knowledge including Spotlight, etc.

·       Database Security

·       RDBMS

·         Windows Server environment knowledge
