SQL DBA !! Minneapolis, MN !! 6+ Months.

Please let me know if you have any good resources having all the Skills mentioned. Please feel free to call or mail me with updated resume

Job Title: SQL DBA.
Location: Minneapolis, MN.
Duration: 6+ Months.

Required skills:
Access database maintenance, the migration of databases from 2003 to 2007, and new database development work on Scorecards/compensation, Site 2 development and client movement.
The new resource should have database/Access skills to help in regards to maintenance and development as described above.
We also want the person to have knowledge of SQL, SSRS and the future tools that we may use.
I would prefer that the resource also have some business analyst skills as well, or some background working with a business to drive higher sales and productivity.
The resource should have some experience troubleshooting Access size restraints.

Nice to Have:
Designing databases to scale (in terms of size, not concurrent usage) - Some SQL tuning experience would be nice to have.
Experience with a variety of reporting tools such as Access, SSRS, Crystal Reports, etc.
