Required Skills:
· The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong and demonstrated capabilities across all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
· The candidate must have expertise in Visual Basic Programming (VB6, VBA), Oracle PL/SQL, Unix Script, Com/Com+.
· 10 years minimum development experience is also required.
· Experience in Insurance, Financial, Inventory, Billing, Customer Relations Management, Order Processing applications is also desired.
Technical Skills:
· Project Management & team leadership- team building & leading; communication & presentation skills, SDLC, MS Office applications including Project & Visio
· Operating systems: HP-UNIX, Windows Server, Windows Workstation
· RDBMS- Oracle 9i and 10i
· Tools/Utilities- PeopleSoft Helpdesk and Quality Management Modules, ClearCase, DB2 Connect, ODBC
· Languages: VB6, VBA, XML, PL/SQL, SQL, Com/Com+, Unix Script
· Enterprise applications: Insurance, Financial, Inventory, Billing, Customer Relations Management, Order Processing
