Technology : SQL/PL SQL/Pro*C [optional], UNIX Scripting, AMDOCS Clarify CRM – Clear Support, Clear Call Center, Clear Logistics, Clear Contracts, UI Editor, DD Editor
• Strong customer facing skills required
• Good analytical and design skills
• Good communication skills
• Developer needs 2-3 years experience designing and coding on AMDOCS Support, Call Center, Logistics, and Contract modules within a Unix/Linux/Oracle platform.
