·         Should have 7 Years Experience in Java/J2ee Development.

·         Good experience working with Struts  & Hibernate Framework.

·         Good knowledge of Spring Framework.

·         Web services(SOAP Or REST) Experience.

·         Strong experience with Core Java(Multithreads, Collections, Design pattern)

·         JSP, Servlet.

·         Tomcat/ Weblogic .

·         EJB, JMS Experience would be preferred.

·         Excellent communications Skills.
