- Hands on Project Management experience (PM: 2-4 yrs, total IT exp 12+yrs)
- Very good planning, coordination & communication skills
- Hands on experience of managing medium size team (size 10-15) of software professionals in onsite-offshore model.
4. Cisco background is essential - Prior Cisco experience (Project Lifecycle, ERMO & Demand Clearing process, Cisco generic processes)
- Technical leadership and having experience with team building, process improvement, conflict resolution, and motivating team members
- Very good planning, coordination & communication skills
- Extensive Client Interaction, Experience in working on onsite-offshore model.
