Job Title:             System Administration(LAMP)

Location:             Denver, CO

Duration:             6 months CTH To Xavient

 

Roles and Responsibilities':

·     Looking for a Systems Administrator to work as part of a support team serving users and software development teams of enterprise-grade workflow management systems and tools.

·         Candidate must have extensive experience with LAMP stack server administration and cluster environments.  Will be responsible for performance monitoring and have expert experience in failure detection, troubleshooting, and repair.  Must be able to develop and maintain scripts.  Must have the ability to digest and understand an existing server architecture quickly, solve design issues, as well as design new architecture for growth.

·         Additional duties include the administration of workflow systems and tools.  Will be responsible for rights and trouble ticket management.  Experience with software upgrade, version control, installation, and configuration required.  Will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of functional and technical documents.  Must be able to coordinate and communicate with project managers, stakeholders, and leadership team.  Need to have outstanding communication skills and be able to work well in a highly collaborative environment.

·         Candidate must have experience with software development lifecycles.  Will be responsible for push and releases of software code, code repositories, configuration management, and databases.  Experience with SDLC management tools is a plus.

·         Work on high profile projects in a fast paced, fun, and friendly team environment.  Candidate must be independent, self motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

 

Technical Skills:

·         Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP; Server Administration

·         Maintenance and upgrade:

o    MySQL

o    Apache

o    PHP

o    Atlassian products

·         Use of technologies:

o    Linux

o    SVN, GIT, other code repositories

o    PHP My Admin

o    Nagios, or other monitoring systems

o    Perl, Bash, or other scripting languages

·         Atlassian Products:

o    JIRA

o    FishEye/Crucible

o    Crowd

o    Confluence

·         Agile Scrum
