Salesforce Administrator

Location: Cleveland, OH

Duration: 6+Months

 

Job Description:

 

• At least 3 years of experience in similar position (experience in a global atmosphere is a plus).
• Reports (specially matrix format) and Dashboards (knowledge of Analytics is a plus).
• Security: Roles and profiles management and understanding current configuration. Sharing rules (very important).
• Data Management (export and import data, related objects) – Maintenance and usage of Data Loader tool.
• HTML email templates, communications.
• Workflows rules (including creating tasks, emails and field updates)and approval flows
• General configuration tasks (record types, management of page layouts, field creation, etc)
• Up to date: able to leverage new SF functionality for the new releases.
• Visualforce and Apex knowledge is a plus but will get preference.
