| Responsibilities | |
| · Interface with customer for issue resolution, provide status updates, build customer confidence in teams ability to deliver in order to support high customer satisfaction · Perform requirement analysis; get clarification from business/development team on issues related to requirements. · Participates in meetings with client as the case may be to understand the functional and non-functional requirements for the engagement, understand the scope of work to be performed. Analyses the information learnt, read relevant documents, interacts with client SME, undertakes self study and review software demo to understand client business and client requirements. · Interacting with offshore team for supplying issue clarification, providing reviews on deliverables such as Test Scenario, Test Plan and Test Cases. · Preparing Test scenarios, Test cases based on business/functional requirements and providing review comments. · Preparation of Test Plan document, review of Test Plan with stakeholders. · Execution of Test cases and identify the defects in the application. · Complete Defect Management including defect logging. · Preparing and publishing Daily, weekly status report and Test Closure reports. | |
| Skills | |
| · Good knowledge in Telecom Billing domain of Intec Single eView or Amdocs billing · Minimum of 1+ year of testing in telecom billing domain · In-depth knowledge of Testing Life cycle. | |

| Bachelor's in Engineering ECE or CS / Master of Computer Application | |
| Experience Required ( In Years) | |
