Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Boise, ID
Duration: 6+ Months

 

Required skills/experience:
-5+ years of overall Java software development experience
-3+ years of experience developing enterprise business applications using J2EE/JEE
-1+ years of experience with the full software development lifecycle
-3+ years of experience with web services and XML
-3+ years of experience using JDBC, Hibernate, and/or JPA
-2+ years of experience using various design patterns
-1+ year of Oracle or SQL Server database programming experience designing tables and developing queries, stored procedures, etc.
-1+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment
-Good communication skills to interact with end users
-Experience with SVN, ClearCase, CVS, or some other version control tool

Preferred skills/experience:
-Developing externally facing web applications using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.
-Experience with nationally and/or globally distributed teams in different time zones
-Experience gathering application design requirements
-Experience using UML and creating design documents
