Make sure candidates have experience with Dynamics CRM (see bullet points in red).

 

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, information management, or similar area preferred.

Typically, 5+ years experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of complex custom developed software solutions.

 

Required Experience:

-5+ years experience with .NET (C#)

-1+ years experience with ASP.NET MVC

-Demonstrated experience using dependency injection

-Understanding and use of unit testing, mocking, TDD, and integration testing tools and techniques

-1+ years experience with Dynamics CRM 2011 (The CRM skills are a must-have, which will be challenging to find resources with both .Net Dev and CRM)

-2+ years experience with Dynamics CRM 4.0

-Demonstrated understanding and application of CRM customization concepts

-Experience creating custom CRM Workflow Activities

-Experience creating custom CRM Plugins

-Experience integrating with CRM via the Dynamics CRM SDK

 

Desired Experience:

-Experience with AMQP or RabbitMQ

-Enterprise messaging

-Creation of RESTful web services

-Experience with the Quartz.NET scheduling library

-Experience with the Spring .NET framework

-Understanding and use of JSON

-Experience with the Spring (Java) framework and building Java applications

-Experience with Apache Camel

-Experience with HL7API
