Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

 

Job description for the IBM BPM Lombardi L2 Support :

 

·         Basic knowledge on IBM BPM Lombardi edition 7.2.X for L3 support.

·         Knowledge on process inspector, recovering instance, UCA, web services, Integration services.

·         Assist all users and provide production support to BPM applications by acknowledging user queries and issues and provide workaround or resolution.

·         Deploy and Implement break fix for any production issue.

·         Support production deployment.

·         Provide 24 x 7 support.

·         Knowledge on Remedy system and production support process flow.

·         Good verbal and written communication skill.
