Position – PeopleSoft Finance Functional with good experience in GL & AP

Location:  Pittsburgh, PA

Duration: 12 + Months

Rate:  Open

 

Responsible for providing production support for the following functional areas:

•         General Ledger (Required)

•         Accounts Payable

•         Account Receivable

•         Cash Management

 

Production Support activities can include, but are not limited to:

•         troubleshooting technical issues

•         Period based activities such as month end and year end close, 1099 reporting

•         performing system testing

•         providing ad-hoc reports and queries

•         responding to management and audit requests

•         providing training

•         Project activity to meet changing business needs

 

Job Requirements:

·     Functional expert level experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 Financial modules GL (required), AP, AR, Cash Management, working with a global implementation in a fast paced and demanding environment.

·     Basic Technical Skills in PeopleTools, SQR

·     Expert in MS SQL and MS Office productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

·     Experience with SharePoint and Remedy (for trouble tickets) is a plus

·     Strong written and verbal communication skills

·     Strong Organizational skills

·     Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

·     Focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail

·     Ability to work independently with little direction/supervision.

·     Adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly.

·     Strong team player.
