The skills needed for release management is anyone who knows how to create following items:
1. Sharepoint - web part page,
2. Sharepoint - lists (This includes the calculated fields),
3. Sharepoint - views (including Data Sheet view, Gantt view, Calendar view)
4. General Sharepoint Administration.
5. Extract and load the data from PPM to Sharepoint.
6. Anyone who knows PPM
7. Basing understanding of IT projects and the concepts for Release Management.
8. In addition, who can write some good user documentation for SharePoint users
Currently the most of the work is completed if we do not need any additional changes or requirements for Release Management.
