Job Description:
	Changes in the computer marketplace, the migration to the new North American Data Center (NADC), and the new Chevron General Hosting Platform (GHP) standard, require that we replace the hardware infrastructure that has run SAP for 2 decades. Moving away from the existing HPUX/Itanium platform to the new X86-64/Linux GHP standard brings many benefits, including lower NADC migration risk and effort; improved performance; greater flexibility; lower hardware and operating costs. We are looking for resources who will either: - participate in the SAP Re-Platforming Project, doing HPUX to Linux db and application re-platforming - or backfill for a production support resource, allowing the production support resource to participate in Re-Platforming
Education:	Education and Experience equally evaluated for relevance
Experience:	3-5 Years SAP Basis Experience
Preferred Skills:	In order of importance: SAP Basis (ECC, BW, Netweaver) HPUX Linux Oracle OS DB Migration NetApp Snap Manager for Oracle (SMO) Oracle-2-Oracle (O2O) Golden Gate NetApp Snap Mirror Perl Scripting Korn Shell Scripting
