Important Skills:

Tech - Spring 3.0, Spring MVC, RESTWeb services with spring MVC and using the Spring Rest template to access web services. (Strong Insurance background will work if candidates don't have all 4 tech skills)

Soft - hit the ground running, comm skills, take ownership

Interview Process : 30 min PS with manager, onsite (preferred) or skype for 2 hours with 3 team members + director

Must Have: 

Spring 3.0

Spring MVC

RESTWeb services with spring MVC 

using the Spring Rest template to access web services

*Will take someone with strong Insurance background if they don't have the above 4.

JBOSS familiar for app server.

Comm is a MUST – articulate and able to describe what they've done. Express concisely. 

Scrum meetings and status meetings. 

Using the Spring / Rest template 

 

Old versions of Spring (2 will not work)
