·        Minimum of 7 years of Java experience
·        Strong working knowledge of UNIX and Shell Scripts(Mandatory Skill)

.           Strong Working knowledge of Sybase, DB2, Weblogic.(Mandatory Skills)

·        Strong knowledge on J2EE fundamentals with experience in Object Oriented Design and Development and usage of Design Patterns
·        Strong development skills with JDK, Weblogic, ANT.
·        An understanding and knowledge of Hibernate,  Web Services, JPA & Maven
·        An understanding of Integration knowledge on IBM TAM
·        Working knowledge of and experience with UDB, Sybase, SQL Server and Oracle.
·        Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
