Expert .NET Developer

Critical KSA's:

· Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff.

· Demonstrated experience as a technical team lead for database driven application development projects.

· Demonstrated experience with coaching/mentoring other developers with Microsoft technologies.

· Demonstrated experience with developing database driven web applications.

· Demonstrated experience with developing database driven applications in a Microsoft C# .NET environment.required

· Demonstrated experience with SQL Server

· Demonstrated experience with Oracle

· Demonstrated experience with object-oriented development techniques.

· Demonstrated experience with 3-tiered logical/physical architected applications.

Preferred KSA's:

· Demonstrated experience with SQL Server Reporting Services

· Demonstrated experience working on development projects utilizing agile development techniques

· Demonstrated experience working with users to gather and document business requirements

· Demonstrated experience working with SQL Server Integration Services to support ETL processing

· Experience with screen/web layout and design

· Demonstrated experience with automated unit testing

· Demonstrated experience with ASP.NET MVC
