o             10+ years of experience developing commercial Windows applications

o             7+ years of C#/.NET

o             5+ years of WPF and must be fluent in MVVM architecture.

o             Strong C++, COM and ATL skills

o             Solid understanding of .NET/COM interop

o             Strong knowledge of Metro UI development
