make sure to include the following skills. Ideally it will be a combination of PeopleSoft Finance/Procurement background with Date warehouse ETL background. Positioning a strong analyst is critical to win customer confidence and help us with implementation scoping.
Familiar with BI / DW development life cycle and its standards and best practices. Nice to have a familiarity with Microsoft relational and OLAP technologies (since the customer is looking at a MS platform fetching data from PeopleSoft tables
- Ability to analyze business requirements, identify the source systems, apply business rules and transformation logic and populate the target tables
- Technical design and development of business intelligence applications. Understanding of logical/physical/data modeling concepts hands-on experiences
