Job Description:
•    The Project/Program Manager defines job requirements for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and implementing project and interrelated programs activities in a project/program office environment.
•    The job progression identifies responsibilities ranging from providing support for small to medium projects to contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage development of strategic or tactical business plans
•    The project manager will spearhead the Intelligence Life Cycle initiative which involves the build out of a framework and plan to establish and professionalize the Intelligence Life Cycle for the Cyber Threat Analysis & Monitoring (CTAM) organization within Chevron.
•    The contractor will provide expert support, guidance, and vision and will lead CTAM's effort to establish, document and professionalize the Intelligence Life Cycle.

The Intelligence Life Cycle will have five (5) phases and each will have specific plans and deliverables. Additionally, analysts will require a training plan for total of (6) areas requiring deliverables:
1.    Requirements and Planning Requirements
2.    Collection
Collection is the gathering and organization of the raw information
3.    Processing
Processing and collation involves conversion of raw information into a form usable by analysts. retrievable.
4.    Analysis and Production
Analysis and production is the conversion of basic and processed information from all sources into finished intelligence.
5.    Dissemination and Feedback
The last step, which logically feeds into the first, is the distribution of the finished intelligence to the consumers
6.    Training plan
A training plan is required to properly prepare intelligence analysts, both threat and technical, to perform their core duties at different levels of mastery.
