Relevant Experience (Yrs)            :               2+ Years

Technical/Functional Skills            :               Good knowledge in:

             Exchange unified messaging servers

             ForeFront Protection

             Messageware

             SCOM Exchange Management Pack

Experience Required      :               Overall 3-7 years

Roles & Responsibilities                :              

             Responsible for the overall architecture and design of the Exchange environment including the Exchange Unified Messaging Servers.

             Works with all other teams and vendors to ensure interoperability between third party systems and Exchange. (Voice Ops, Mobility, Desktop Infrastructure, Meeting Planner, Security, Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Vault)

             Works proactively to ensure industry best practices are in place including testing/applying necessary hot fixes, security patches, and service packs if needed.

             Supports and maintains auxiliary Exchange products such as Forefront, Messageware, and SCOM Exchange Management Pack.

             Collaborate with vendor on proactive hardening of the environment.

             Accountable for Return to Service activities and ensuring appropriate final resolution.

             Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and follow-through on their implementation.
