UST Global is building a team onsite with our Healthcare client in Richmond VA. We are looking to hire 2 Data Warehouse / Tableau Developers.
· 7+ years of full development life cycle experience in large scale Data Warehouse environments, with at least 2 years in healthcare.
· Demonstrated experience with building, implementing and supporting Tableau dashboards, reports, migrations and administrations, including version control for Tableau Desktop version 9.3.
· Strong experience with Tableau features such as Pivot & Split, Data Interpreter, User Permissions, Parallel Queries, Fast Marks & Tooltips, Smart Calculations Editor, LOD Expressions, Smart Maps etc.
· Experience with migration of reports from Excel Workbook to Tableau Dashboards/Reports.
· Collaborate with end users to understand reporting requirements/data insights and use Tableau (Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server) to create a variety of simple to complex reports (e.g., standard/ad hoc reporting, dashboards, scorecards, visualization, and analytics). Consult with business stakeholders regarding data insights and recommendations.
· Design, develop and optimize Tableau workbooks for senior business leaders, to effectively tell the story based on the underlying data.
· Strong SQL skills.
· Informatica development experience is a plus.
· Strong communications skills to effectively communicate at different levels of management. Excellent coordination skills. Ability to work both independently and with a team. Ability to manage adapt to changing priorities and meet aggressive deadlines.
· Experience working with an Agile development team is a plus.
