Job Description:

Responsibilities: 
• Drives Technical Architecture and solution on Salesforce 
• Works closely with customer's Enterprise Architecture and application architecture teams in driving optimal solution and consensus 
• Ensures delivered solution meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices as defined by the team/organization/industry 
• Ability to Translate business requirements into design/application builds 
• Drives best practices in the solution 
• Critically reviews work of other team members 
• Executes other responsibilities and key result areas as assigned 
• Naturally demonstrates critical thinking and initiative 
• Leading without line authority – must be able to lead small development teams with project resources that report elsewhere. 

Experience and Skills: 
• Salesforce.com Certified 
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience 
• 5+ years of Architecture and Design of complex applications experience in Enterprise Applications. 
• Strong presentation/public speaking skills 
• Has an advanced understanding of Salesforce platform features 
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud etc. 
• Strong and proven experience in integrations using SOAP, REST, OAUTH 
• Must have experience in implementing Encryption solution via Salesforce Shield or via proxy based solutions 
• Strong and proven experience in data migration using data loader, Informatica, Dell Boomi or such ETL tools and applying best practices 
• Salesforce tooling experience in implementation automations to improve development efficiencies 
• Knowledge of Configuration Management using GIT, SVN or other such tools along with Jenkins or similar build integration tools. For DevOps implementation
