WAS Skills:
1. Installation, Configurations, Trouble Shooting Web Sphere Application Server 6.x, 7.0 and 8.5 various Operating Systems like UNIX, AIX and Windows.
2. Expertise in Analyzing Heapdumps and thread dumps using tools.
3. Expertise in deploying, Configuration and Administration of J2EE applications.
4. Expertise in implementing the Workload Management (WLM) using various topologies at Web Server and Application Server levels.
5. Expertise in automating Web Sphere application Server Administrative tasks
6. Good at trouble shooting using Traces, Logs.
7. Experienced in installing and upgrading Fix packs and Migrating to latest versions.
8. Provided support in a demanding 24/7 Production Environment.
9. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, ability to lead bridge calls during production issues.
10. Expertise in the complete cycle of project management comprising development, deployment testing and implementation.
11. Strong technical knowledge of configuration of Web Server Plug-ins and Performance Tuning.
