Job Title: IT Mac Administrator

Location: NY

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description -

The IT Administrator is responsible for the management of on-site service delivery to all employees. Oversees service desk requests as well as working with employees to make certain that their technology needs are met. Identifies areas in the service delivery process that can be improved upon to create a better experience. Manages employee facing systems.

Responsibilities:

· Manage service delivery for agency employees including service desk tickets

· Computer fleet management including inventory management, imaging, app deployment, and backups

· Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding of new employees

· Manage employee accounts (Active Directory, G Suite (Google), Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud)

· Oversee the conference room A/V environment

· Assist the IT Director with projects as necessary

Qualifications:

Technical

. 5+ years related IT systems administration experience.

. Strong background supporting macOS, preferably in a creative environment.

. Extensive experience with G Suite (Google) mail and calendar platform and/or Microsoft Office 365

. Experience managing computer fleet with management applications (JAMF, Munki, AutoPkg, Deploy Studio)

. Experience troubleshooting Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

. Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP)

. Experience with VOIP telephone service

. Experience with virtualization (VMWare vSphere, Windows Hyper-V)

. Knowledge of basic network terminology (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)
