Job Role: Microsoft Exchange Consultant
Duration: 6 months
Location: East Peoria IL 61630

Candidate Responsibilities
Complete work activities and support of a global deployment of Microsoft Office 365 focusing on the migration and support of 90,000 mailboxes from on premise mail solutions (Lotus Notes – 95% , Microsoft Exchange – 5%) to Exchange online. • Document support and administrative processes and procedures for mail environment in Exchange Online • Provide guidance or expertise based on related work experience, as needed • Build and test on-premises infrastructure and integrations, including migration and coexistence environments • Assist with research, analysis, and testing of configurations, functionality, and clients

Typical Day
Mixture of meetings and individual activities. Hours are 8-5 but somewhat flexible. 50-70% of time worker must be onsite. If need be, work director is open to some remote work.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training preferred. 6-10 years of professional experience required.

Technical Skills
Office 365 technical experience in : Exchange Online professional experience required. Knowledge of OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online required. Differentiating factor: Years of experience.

Soft Skills
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time as well as well as being a collaborative team member.
