·        5+ Years Agile Team Coaching Experience

·        3+ Years of Experience participating on an Agile Team

·        Knowledge of and Experience utilizing Agile within a project

·        Knowledge of how to plan and estimate an Agile project

·        Knowledge of Agile Project Controls

·        Knowledge of and Experience in General Agile Implementation

·        User Stories and Requirements Gathering

·        Estimation of User Stories

·        Prioritization

·        Product Owners

·        Agile Metrics

·        Team Kick-Off

·        Knowledge of and Experience with Scrum as a team framework

·        Knowledge of and Experience with Kanban as a team framework

·        Knowledge of and Experience with coaching teams utilizing Scaled Agile Framework

·        Experience with Team Foundation Server for Agile Work Planning

·        Knowledge and experience with Agile Technical Software Practices

·        TDD

·        Automated Testing

·        CI/CD
