One of our Clients is looking for:

SAP SD Functional Consultant

Houston, TX, United States

6 months

$60-65/hr

Requisition Details: 

•             Significant experience in support of SAP SD processes in the Petro-Chemical industry

•             Working job knowledge with SmartForms, SAPScripts, EDI, LSMW, BAPIs, BADIs, IDOCs, ABAP Queries, QuickViewer

•             Strong understanding of integration between SAP modules

•             Experience working with a technical development team for implementation and support of enhanced SAP functionalities

•             Ability to cooperate and work effectively in a team environment is essential

•             General understanding of structured coding languages, including ABAP

•             Demonstrated aptitude to investigate complex technical and business problems in detail, to diagnose and provide effective and efficient alternatives

•             Demonstrated ability to communicate complex problems and issues in a concise manner (oral/written) to many different audiences; ability to clearly communicate with customers, peers and upper management

•             Strong understanding of all phases of application systems development and implementation with minimal of three (3) complete SAP life-cycle implementation

•             Working knowledge of systems integration, data manipulation, data analysis, SAP data migration methods, MS Excel, and MS Access

Responsibilities:

•             Responsible for the configuration and support of the SAP SD module implemented at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company

•             Work directly with internal CPC IT and offshore programming staff on functionality design and development issues

•             Participate in answering and resolving issues gathered via the customer support help desk

•             Provides technical consultation as to the best use of the system in solving business problems

•             Provides backup and consultation on other core systems in the absence of the more directly involved module expert(s)
