Docker, Kubernetes are a must. Experience working with AWS, or Azure or Google cloud is required.
Within the Automation and Monitoring Team. They are responsible for building out the CICD and run as a Shared Service
Looking for someone who has Developer Skills- someone strong with CICD. Containers- Docker and Kubernetes. Cloud is a big focus for them this year- mostly AWS but do have Google Cloud and AZURE
They aren't actually configuring but more understanding the capabilities but stitching together API's, writing integrations etc.
They run as an "Agile" team in terms of focusing on this issue until it is resolved. Could be Container focused. monitoring issue etc.
Basic Qualifications :
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in the US. No OPT candidates. Please check references on candidates that you are subvending.
I can pay higher for excellent candidates but strong communication is a must.
Job Description :
GENERAL SUMMARY (No more than three sentences)
Technical lead that designs and implements IT infrastructure automation solutions utilizing diverse
technologies and processes to deliver new capabilities. Leads multiple, small and large projects on
the deployment or upgrade of automation capabilities and workflows, utilizing internal and external
resources. Functions as mentor for technical team members on automation technology strategies,
platform configuration, and process improvements that will facilitate automation.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(Listed in order of time-spent or importance)
1. Researches, evaluates, designs and participates in the implementation of technologies, tools, and
platforms supporting the automation and monitoring of IT systems and processes.
2. Leads small and large projects including development of project plans, coordinate/assign team
staff and monitor projects against project plans.
3. Documents the design, operation and troubleshooting of automation platforms and automated
procedures.
4. Monitors, manages, and provides continuous feedback for automation technology strategies,
standards, and procedures to support effective infrastructure.
5. Develops and maintains effective customer relationships.
6. Provides lead-level technical support to troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting automation
platform and/or automation workflow operation or business service performance.
7. Mentors team members and functions as technical lead.
8. Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required:

Technical Requirements

• Experienced implementing automated release and/or deployment management solutions
• Experienced working with Docker containers
• Knowledgeable of Cloud concepts and technologies
Preferred:
• Experienced supporting continuous integration environments and platforms
• Experienced supporting load balancing systems
