Guidewire Policy Center Developer

Location: Dallas, TX 

Duration: Long Term

 

                                        

Only USC, GC and EAD. No CPT.

 

Qualifications: 

 

Must

•         Guidewire Claims Center Developer Guidewire Claims Center Certification Must.

·         .Minimum IT Exp: 5 years + (For Developers) and 8 years + (Sr. Developers)

•         Guidewire Exp: 3 years + for Developers and 5 years + for Sr. Developers

•         Strong GOSU and Java background

•         Ability to work on Guidewire Plug-ins, Messaging, and API.

•         Configure screen layouts including creation of new screens (PCFs).

•         Good working knowledge of Guidewire Configuration

•         Guidewire Claim Center Certification (Config/Integration)

 

Responsibilities:

•         Design & develop solutions for Guidewire portal (claims center 8.0 and higher) to enhance system functionality, deliver product backlog and upgrade Guidewire into higher versions

•         Configure, customize and integrate Guidewire with internal systems & vendors. Improve/change workflows working together with product owner and team

•         Provide inputs to product owner and product delivery team on Guidewire capability and best practices on development

•         Help bring other product team members up to speed on Guidewire development

 

Qualifications:

•         Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering

•         Certified in Guidewire Claims Center

•         Knowledge of Claims specific integrations and best practices on Guidewire CC

•         5+ years of experience in Guidewire, experience in architecting, designing and developing solutions in Insurance

•         Experience having worked in a tier-1 or comparable insurance company and a similar Guidewire environment on core Guidewire vendor integrations and workflow
