Title: IVR Developer/Architect with Cloud Experience

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

 

1 Role: IVR Architects with Cloud Migration Experience & 2 Role: IVR Developer

 

Job Description:

This person will be working in an Agile environment to design, develop, and release new call center designs followed by releasing them to the cloud.

Their responsibilities will involve attending Agile ceremonies, reviewing user stories and use cases, developing the design for the call centers, sizing for development, promoting the finished product into a high-level environment, and working with the testing teams to deliver contact flows in a healthcare environment. They will also be responsible for releasing the completed product to the AWS cloud.

Since our client is going through a merger, they will be moving from legacy Aspect to Avaya and then to the AWS cloud.

Sometimes they could even move directly from Aspect to AWS.

DevOps experience is crucial for this role, as it is heavily cloud focused.

 

Job Requirements:

Experience working in multiple call center environments (Aspect, Avaya, Cisco, Nuance, Syntellect, Voxeo, Five9, etc) Experience developing methods and procedures for call center designs Experience with ALL parts of the call center platform (call flows, PBX, workforce management, etc..) Microservices/service oriented architecture Experience in an Agile environment Experience moving call center platforms to the cloud (AWS[MOST PREFERRED], Oracle Service Cloud, Pega Service Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Amazon Connect) DevOps experience doing releases to the cloud (jenkins, bitbucket, kubernetes, GO) Experience with release management (creating release notes and design) Automation experience with machine learning, testing automation, code management, or robotics Experience working in a large enterprise

 

Merger/Acquisition experience:

Experience working for a government entity Experience working on projects where the end user requirements are external
