Key skills required for the job are:

 

·         Business Analysis-L2 (Mandatory)

·         SAP MDM - Master Data Management-L2 ( Mandatory)

·         Analytics Consulting-L2

·         Agile Methodology

·         Exposure to JIRA is mandatory

·         Experience in writing user stories

·         Good oral and written communication

·         Experience in conducting business workshops.

As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for interfacing with clients and to gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions.

You are responsible across areas like requirement definition, execution and evaluation of functional tests, review, testing and analysis.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert in a chosen area/function.

You should lead in conducting workshops with Business and JAD sessions

you should demonstrate good articulation skills and capture the requirements with fine granularity.

 

Minimum work experience:5 - 8 Years
