ServiceNow Development Lead for our client, Allianz, in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. 

 H1's are ok. Need good communications skills

As a Service Now Development Lead, the successful candidate will:

• Assist ServiceNow Administrators with incident resolution, as needed
• Design and develop new applications and services
• Assists Business/Process Analysts in estimating release level of efforts
• Provides mentoring and guidance for Administrators/Developers
• Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion

Skills may include the following:
• Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
• ServiceNow Advanced System Administration
• ServiceNow Application Development
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Strong requirements-gathering experience
• Experience with middleware and discovery technologies
• Scripting
– JavaScript
– Web Services
– HTML
– CSS
– Jelly

Requirements

• Four year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or other related field or equivalent work experience
• 7 years of software development experience
• 5 years of Service Now development/scoped applications
• Ability to oversee multiple projects at a time
• Experience in working with/driving a Multi-Sourced team.
• Solid understanding of Agile development principles, constructs and best practices
• Experience in service management utilizing ITIL v3 best practices
• Experience managing professional services partners in an outsourced/off shore environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused and results-oriented
