Phone and In-Person interview is a MUST   This resource will help create reports via the BIRT tool in Workday. Workday Report Designer or BIRT, enables you to design and use business form layouts for meeting the exact report layout specifications required by your organization. These specifications might include rich text formatting, headers and footers, page breaks, and exact placement of labels, data, spaces, and margins.  This individual needs strong knowledge with:  •Workday HCM, Benefits, Advance Comp, Recruiting/Onboarding and Payroll  •Workday reporting tools  •In-depth and advance knowledge with Workday Report Designer (BIRT)  •Strong knowledge with other Workday reporting tools  Qualifications:  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Information Technology or other related field required  • 5-10 years hands on experience working with data warehouse/applications HR reporting tool  • Broad experience with HR technologies, systems, and reporting  • In-depth knowledge with Workday data sets for HCM, Benefits, Advance Comp, Recruiting/Onboarding and Payroll  • Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
