User and access management activities
Analyze the tickets escalated by Franchise World Headquarters Tech Support
Identify the root cause of the issues related to any Configurations and
Customizations
Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM upgrade tasks as needed across in
scope environments
Create deployment packages, build automation, deployment support
Support the current integrations in place; API, ETL jobs, Production jobs
and data extracts. The support of newly added integrations (i.e. Adobe
Campaigns and GDPR) that are expected as stated in the scope section
above."
