Primary skills:

Having around 8-12 years of development experience in Core Java and / or
Advanced Java concepts
Played the role of a technical lead in at least 1 or 2 development
implementation projects, preferably as an onsite coordinator
Having 3 to 5 years of experience in web services
Having 3 to 5 years of experience in PL/SQL.
Knowledge in websphere
Software Configuration management. Create, tag and Merge branch.
Coordinate and collaborate with offshore team.
Assign tasks to offshore team, track status and ensure timely completion.


Additional skills:

Requirement Elicitation
Participate in workshops
Prepare Design documents.
Build and deliver application to various environments.
Write Pseudo code
Customizing the Guidewire Product
Data Model Development
Business Logic (Rules) Development
PCF Screen ( User Interface) Development
LOB Mapping
Localization for different Locales
Development using Gosu for Classes and Enhancement
Prepare UTC and perform unit testing.
Perform peer review
Mentor Junior developers
