Title:  SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant Location:  Dublin, OH Duration: 12 Months

 

A Techno Functional consultant, multi-skilled person. Responsibilities include Technical Writing Code Writing technical documents Fixing Code for bugs Create data fixes Unit testing of code Code reviews Work in tandem with functional and other team members Moving code. Functional Interact with business users Document requirements Develop the functional specification documents Write test cases Configure the front end Execute the test cases Coordinate with business users for UAT Getting the required sign offs at all the stages

Skills:

Strong knowledge in SAP CRM Web UI Configuration

SAP CRM One Order Framework and Enhancements

Strong knowledge of CRM Service module - Customer interaction, Account maintenance, Complaints, Incidents, Service Requests, Tasks.

Experience in ERMS configuration

Integration experience with CTI related tool like Genesys

Strong SAP Middleware experience

Lean Order Management

Knowledge of working with ODATA services

Candidate should be able to capture business requirements, prepare functional specifications, help technical team members

Should be able to lead/perform functional, regression integration & UAT testing

Should have basic ABAP debugging skills and able to understand the ABAP code

Experience on working with API's will be a plus.

Experience in working other SAP Modules like ECC, APO etc

 Excellent oral and written communication skills must convey thoughts and ideas simply and concisely
