Role – SharePoint Developer
Location – California 94305 (Initially Remote)
 
Job Description:
Note – Please share at least 10+ years of candidates with the below skills
 
Should possess Development Skills
 
Advanced to expert knowledge of SharePoint development using SharePoint Framework, REST API, NodeJS, AngularJS and React.
 
Good knowledge on SharePoint migration from Moss 2007 to SPS2010 and to SPS2013 on-prem.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Good Knowledge on Fast search Services
Good knowledge in SharePoint 2013 Online
Design, implement and Maintaining Service application like Search, UPA, MMS and BCS.
Basic knowledge on SQL Server / Active directory services
Good Understanding on DNS & Load balancer concepts
Indepth Knowledge in SharePoint ULS logs / Network Monitoring / Fiddler / IIS logs
Good knowledge on SharePoint Patch Management
Deployment and support for the SharePoint Portal in the areas of system administration, system builds and deployment
Support to maintain traceability of all phases of development to include system requirements through testing and deployment
Provide L2 / L3 support to the portal user community to include assisting users development workspace sites and document management.
 
(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident & problem management
(2.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team
(3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
(4.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
(5.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives
(6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
