Job Description:
Configure the Sitecore 8.2  & 10 Instances
Replicate the Production website DB to local Dev machine
Upgrade Sitecore 8.2 databases (core, master, web and WFFM forms)
Upgrade the modules like redirect  and Glass mapper module.
Changes the target .NET  framework 4.8 of all the projects in Solution
Update the Sitecore 10 dlls reference through NuGet feed
Update the references of 3rd party libraries and NuGet packages
Upgrade the customized code or obsolete API and classes
Build the Solution and publish the code to target directory
Populate Solr Schema and rebuild the indexing and Link databases
