Job Title : PeopleSoft Technical Consultant
Location : Boston, MA
Duration : 6+ Month Contract
Qualifications:
Demonstrates strong skills in issue escalation, and project communications as well as client relationship management.
Strong Leadership and Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM with at least 4 full life cycle implementation experience
7+ years of strong technical experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Business Interlinks and SQR with HCM modules
3+ years of Functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules with at least 4 of the following PeopleSoft HR modules: Core HR, ESS and MSS, Talent Management, Compensation, Staffing and eRecruit
5+ years of strong experience with Tree Manager and integration points with all HCM modules.
Experience with data & business process standardization.
Demonstrates strong skills in project planning, execution strategy, issue escalation, and project communications as well as client relationship management.
Strong Leadership and Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
Demonstrates excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills
Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio)
Experience managing in political environments and ability to interact with executives as well as individual contributors.
Willing to travel 100% and Open to Relocation.
