Required experience:

• Should have 6+ years of IT experience
• Should have designed Java based solutions from scratch
• Should have a good knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, jBPM and Oracle
• Should have hands on coding experience in Java
• Lotus Notes knowledge would be nice-to-have
• Should have experience in gathering requirements
• Should have exposure to financial domain
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Should have exposure to offshore-onsite coordination
