Description:

1) Clear understanding of TCP IP
2) Clear understanding of routing, switching, NAT etc.
3) Hands on experience in setting up VPN and troubleshooting them on day to day basis (technology can be Cisco or anything else)..should be able to articulate real time troubleshooting i.e. how he/she will isolate issues step by step to reach to the real problem area
4) Conceptual understanding of Windows servers (not required for any great depth but only required to manage the Netmotion server that will be installed on Windows)
5) Ability to work at PM level when rollouts are planned

Experience and knowledge of NetMotion it will be welcome.

MUST have EXCELLENT communication skills.
