Job Description:
We are currently seeking DBA Ambassadors to add to our Promotions
Team. A DBA Ambassador is responsible for representation and
promotion. We require an energetic and focused individual to join our
Promotions Team.
Responsibilities:
• Make observations of the participants
• Answer the client's queries
• Candidate needs to have good communication skills
• Candidate will need to be comfortable completing online reports and
summarizing the day's activities
• Candidate is responsible for transportation to the location for
assigned promotion hours
• Promotional hours are typically 6-8 hours per day on Weekdays.
• Candidate will work closely with Project Manager
Qualifications:
• High school education or equivalent and one to three years' customer
service experience or equivalent combination of college, industry
training, and experience may substitute
• Exceptional customer service background and communications skills
with the ability to work well in a high volume environment
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal/written communication,
listening, coaching and presentation skills with attention to detail
• Experience establishing, maintaining, and documenting efficient
administrative processes
• Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual
and within a team environment
