Location: Austin, TX.

Duration: 4 months

 

NOTE: Local candidates only. Face to face may be required.

 

The individual in this role must have prior experience in building programs from the ground up, including program development, management and implementation which meet and/or achieved the defined KPIs.

The individual will be required to provide hands-on and work as much as an individual contributor role and be a self-starter with minimal supervision.

A critical hub, this role ensures stakeholders are getting maximum value out of the program.

 

Channel experience a must

Experience with MDF programs

Strong communications (written/oral)

Ability to interact with all levels of management and attention to detail are required.

Must be able to work in an environment where change is constant

Adaptable and must be able to drive to deliverable execution when answers are not always readily available.

This person will provide project, program, and communications support to program/projects and activities for the Partner Investments Program

across the company Channel ecosystem, globally in aligned with the Partner Investments and Development Funds.

 

Responsibilities include channel partner program guidelines and policy, management (benefits and criteria) execution, and communications.

This role works with cross functional teams across the organization, including Global Channel teams, sales, enablement, go to market, marketing and marcom and must have a positive and can do attitude.

 

Coordinates and monitors functional area activities, compiles and prepares information, and interfaces and communicates frequently with employees, management and external contacts. Support project managers to plan, request, and track to completion in the areas of infrastructure builds, incident management, and problem management in non-Production environments. Develop organizational process improvements including project templates (status, budget, and incident reporting, plus resource and problem management). Maintain project collaboration project sites and documentation . Create and distribute multi-level communication and status reports (core team, extended team, executive team). Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly documents and/or reports for management/business review. Schedules and/or attends meetings and coordinates logistics as required. Prepares program/project documentation such as presentations, reports, etc. Manage and maintain the Department knowledge sharing sources, including shared drives and folders. Develop Excel spreadsheets and templates with formulas to record data
