Here is the job description for this req. it looks more functional knowledge on oracle financials, should have month end and year end close experience.

Finance Functional Lead for Support engagement ( managed services)  -

-       Provide / play lead role in support engagement for finance area

-       Experience in Finance R12 modules - AR, AP, GL, FA, AGIS, SLA

-       Business process knowledge around record to report, order to cash, procure to pay

-       Must have support experience - Incident, problem, minor enhancements, change, release

-       Has been involved / driving month end and Quarter end close with business

-       He / She should able to trouble shoot with technical skills (toad, Oracle ERP table structures )

-       Ability to engage with business on day to day operations and also on regular cadence for improvements opportunities (monthly)

-       Need to work with offshore team and provide guidance to resolve issues
