Sr. Level Project Manager with OFFICE 365 migration experience from Lotus Notes 

Location: Cleveland, OH

Duration: 12-18+ Months

Rate: submit what candidates want – DOE

Interview: Phone/Skype

Must be 10+ years

 

MUST HAVE OFFICE 365 migration experience from Lotus Notes – preferably more than one project

 

·         Staff Augmentation Position

·         Work under the general direction of the Project Management Office (PMO)

·         Requires experience managing Lotus Notes to Office 365 migrations

·         Understanding of Office 365 technologies including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business Online and Office Pro Plus

·         Prefer experience with Application Rationalization (Application Compatibility Testing)

·         Prefer experience working with law firms

·         Prefer experience with Microsoft Project Server

Responsibilities

·         Oversee the migration from Lotus Notes to Office 365

o    Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business and Office Pro Plus

o    Prefer a background in Lotus Notes

·         Coordination – Arranging meeting, status reporting, updates, identifying issues, roadblocks, etc.

Background Information

·       JD is in the process of cleaning up their document stores

·         Prefer a general understanding of:

o    Storage and retention policies

o    Multi-Factor authentication using RSA

o    Microsoft Rights Management Services

o    Matter Center - SharePoint Doc Management solution

o    Understanding of security, document management and collaboration
