EQM Engineering Liaison

Location: Bothell, WA, US

 

Qualifications:

ENGINEERING LIASION ROLE DESCRIPTION
 
- Support and/or fulfill configuration and engineering data setup requests
- Coordinate the triage and resolution of defects reported to Engineering, by working with various engineering counterparts in that organization.
- Provide support to testing teams regarding engineering matters that may need to continuous support due the complexity of what being tested.
- Drive any needed escalations to the Engineering and EIT teams
- Provide weekend on-call support when needed.

REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must be a fast learner
- Candidate must have relational database and LDAP experience
- Candidate must have XML and JSON experience, and working with SOAP UI.
- Candidate must fundamental understanding of how enterprise applications work, web services, and call flows.
- Any experience related to billing and provisioning systems a plus.
